Digital photogrammetry facility offers comprehensive servicess for generating the following products:

• Aero triangulation and Block adjustment for control densification of huge blocks with thousands of images covering large areas
• GIS compatable 3-dimentional terrain database using appropriate symbology for different data types such as polygons,lines and points.
• Digital elevation models (DEM) / Digital terrain models (DTM).
• Contours at different intervals like 0.5m,1m,5m,and 10m.
• Orthophotos/Ortho mosaics.
• Flythrough models

The following systems are used to effectively carry out the above mentioned applications:

High Precision Photogrammetric Scanner:

• SCAI scanner from Carl Zeiss, to convert analogue aerial filims/dia-posotives to digital images for subsequent use in digital photogrammetry systems. Photographs can be scanned at different resolutions varying from 7 microns to 224 microns depending on input data resolution and required output data resolution
• Delta scanner from Geosystem can scan with a best resolution of 8 microns.Aerial photographs can also be scanned along with film of the dia-posotives.

Both the scanners have the capability to scan B&W and color images.Software enables to adjust density and histogram values to make the brightness of the image.

Digital Photogrammetry system:
