Outreach and Training


Training courses are conducted for capacity building in geospatial technologies and remote sensing applications e.g. hydrology, geology, terrain mapping, etc. for professionals, faculty and students. Regular, theme-oriented and customized courses are organised towards capacity building of user community for the effective use of space-inputs.

Considering the ever increasing demands of all stakeholders / users, a centralized Outreach Facility is established at Jeedimetla, Hyderabad, integrating all the relevant activities namely, Training, Student internships, Outsourcing, Exhibition Facility and Information Kiosks.
