Regional Remote Sensing Centre - East is located at Kolkata, West Bengal. The centre caters the needs of users across the eastern states of India, namely West Bengal, Bihar, Orissa and Jharkhand for geospatial applications in natural resource management with special focus on studies related to ocean sciences, agriculture, forestry, and geosciences.
